- The regular boat to the island may be shared with other visitors. A private boat is quoted separately with eTours.
- Payment
- PayPal or bank transfer. With PayPal you pay online when you finish the form; bank transfers are arranged on WhatsApp.
- Confirmation
- Your seat is confirmed once the payment is verified. Sending the form does not reserve a seat.
- Cancellation
- Cancel up to 48 hours before the service for a 100% refund. Between 48 and 24 hours before, the refund is 50%. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up, no refund applies. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before, subject to availability. If eTours.do cancels, you choose a full refund or free rescheduling.

What time is pickup in Santo Domingo?
Pickup starts at 7:00 AM within the authorised zones and we leave the city at 8:00 AM. You reach the boarding area around 10:00 AM. The return departs at 4:00 PM and you are back in Santo Domingo around 6:00 PM.
How many people travel in the van?
Eight passengers per van at most. pickup is at your accommodation within the authorised zones. Each departure runs from one paid passenger. This service is for guests aged 18 and over.
Can I book a single seat?
Yes. You can book and travel from one person; if there are more bookings that day, you will share the van with other passengers. Each departure runs from one paid passenger.
How is my booking confirmed?
With payment. You fill in the form, pay for your seat online by card or PayPal, and your booking is confirmed as soon as we verify the payment; we then message you on WhatsApp with the pickup details. If you prefer a bank transfer, request the details on WhatsApp and your seat is confirmed once we verify the transfer.
